North Korea informed the international organization that it plans to launch a satellite into outer space in early April, according to news agency quoted South Korea, "Yonhap" Thursday. For its part, U.S. Secretary of State, on Wednesday that her country will work to strip North Korea of its nuclear program through six-party talks even if North Korea launched a long-range missile.
Pyongyang has said it will launch a satellite between the fourth and the eighth of April, was quoted as saying, "Yonhap" from unnamed intelligence sources.
The news agency said the North Korean Central reported that Pyongyang "IMO" plans on launching the satellite, but it did not set a time for that.
